More than 40 hammers varying in shape and size, many of which were made for specific purposes: they are must-have tools of a good panel beater.
Rulers, calipers, adjustable squares, compasses and even weird self-made tools come in handy to get the maximum accuracy in manual metal-shaping works.
Though they may seem outdated, effectively replaced by power or air shears, a good panel beater knows that they are still the best tool to get a clean cut.
Round or flat American pattern files: we do not use them to smooth and remove imperfections but to make them more visible in order to enable a good hammering work and to make the surfaces ready for painting.
